Columbia Parks & Recreation Department: Do you know any teenagers who want to gain valuable employment skills while earning a paycheck this summer?  The CARE Summer Program is for 14- to 20- year olds (must be 14 by April 1, 2020) who live within Columbia City limits and/or attend a Columbia School.  CARE summer program applications are available October 1 through February 28; however, applicants are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to apply as early (as close to October 1) as possible.  To apply, visit:  https://www.gocomojobs.com/postings/search (search for CARE Summer Trainee 2020).  If you have any questions, contact the CARE office at 573-874-6300 or [email protected]

Laura Kogut

Providence Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Kogut as Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Banking Officer. Kogut will be responsible for originating Residential Mortgage Loans in Columbia and the mid-Missouri area. Kogut joined Providence Bank in November 2019. She has over 12 years of banking and lending experience. Kogut has been a mortgage loan originator in Columbia, Missouri since 2012. She started her career as the Director of Marketing & Sales at Les Bourgeois Vineyards and then entered the banking industry where she oversaw a student-run credit union located on the University of Missouri campus
