Central Bank of Boone County (CBBC) is celebrating love and hearts in February with “Love Month.” With more than 30 million people diagnosed with heart disease in the United States every year, according to the American Heart Association, CBBC is doing its part to help raise awareness and money. Any CBBC branch will take donations of $5 or more to the American Heart Association throughout February.
The love doesn’t stop there. Anyone who makes a donation receives a hat as a “thank you” gift. Plus, anyone, whether they make a donation or not, can enter to win one of four weekly prizes throughout the month. Prizes range from flowers and jewelry to a surprise gift at the end of the month to celebrate Leap Day on February 29. There is no purchase necessary to enter the drawing and anyone, as a customer of the bank or not, can enter. It’s all about raising money for the American Heart Association in Heart Month.
