Burrell Behavioral Health, with two locations in Columbia, is a growing Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As the administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health in 17 Missouri counties, Burrell provides psychiatry, outpatient and case management services to youth and adults with mental illness, those with developmental disabilities, and those in need of substance-use recovery services. With a commitment to integration, Burrell believes access is a concept, not a place, so they strive to form impactful partnerships with primary care systems, schools, judicial systems and other institutions to best reach Missourians when and where they need help.
