    All ribbon cutting requests will be reviewed and approved by the Ambassador Chair. Ribbon cuttings requests will be granted between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Ambassadors do not host ribbon cuttings on Saturday or Sunday. Any changes or cancellations need to be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you.

    Generally the best attendance occurs around noon or between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Please note, ribbon cuttings are a service we offer to Chamber members only. Potential exceptions are given on a situational basis.

    Leadership Visit 2023 Scholarship Application

    The Columbia Chamber of Commerce mission is to lead our community, drive commerce in our region and advance community and regional collaborations, thereby enhancing the quality of where we live, learn, work and play. The Columbia Chamber Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation associated with the Chamber, formed exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes. The Chamber, in collaboration with The Columbia Chamber Foundation, are providing two (2) scholarships to attend Leadership Visit 2023. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must complete this application prior to the deadline of August 25, 2023. Applicants company must be a Chamber member. Preference for award will be given to: 1. An employee/owner of a small business. 2. An employee/owner of a woman-owned or minority-owned business. 3. An employee/director of a non-profit organization.
